Bears narrowly beat Stallions

The Bears held on to win 10-7 over the Stallions, despite almost blowing the game with wild pitching.

Ryan Speelman pitched 4 near-perfect innings before leaving to play in a playoff hockey game.  Ryan Wolcott looked good in relief, but left after 1.2 innings with a tired arm.  Richard "Uncle Rico" Walker and Don "dirty pants" Sutherland walked in 6 runs before getting lucky on a pick-off move to third base with Ed Pearson at the plate.

Bill Kardine and Rick Valencia were not able to play on Sunday because of a prior commitment to see Magic Mike with each other.
